SOROL Hospitality Equits Inc. is a fast-growing hospitality manufacturing and supply company serving major cruise line and hospitality clients. We specialize in providing premium hospitality products, customized solutions, and dependable supply chain services.
We are expanding and seeking our first Sales & Marketing team member to help build and organize our sales process, strengthen our brand presence, and support business development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated candidate to grow with the company and play a key role in shaping our sales and marketing foundation.
Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work directly with company leadership to support sales outreach, client follow-up, proposal preparation, and marketing execution. As our first hire in this department, this role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys both sales coordination and marketing activities, and who is excited to help a growing company scale.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist leadership with client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Support preparation of proposals, quotes, presentations, and product catalogs
- Help build and maintain a sales pipeline and lead tracking system (CRM/spreadsheets)
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and communication with prospective clients
- Support onboarding of new customers and coordination of order-related documentation
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, product sheets, brochures, catalogs)
- Support company website updates and manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Help plan and coordinate trade shows, vendor events, and industry networking opportunities
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer outreach messaging
- Track marketing activities and report on lead generation performance
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Maintain organized digital records of proposals, customer documents, and marketing materials
- Assist in coordinating between production, logistics, and leadership to support customer needs
- Help improve internal processes for client communication and reporting
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, customer service, or business development
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with clients and following up professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience using Canva or graphic design tools
- Social media and email marketing experience
- Hospitality, manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B experience
- Familiarity with the cruise line industry is a plus
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee account portfolios and territory operations effectively.
- Demonstrated success in business development through lead generation activities like cold calling and networking.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; familiarity with other CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Solid analysis skills for interpreting sales metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of retail sales environments or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
