As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll help safeguard nearly 4 million subscribers by monitoring alarm activations in homes and businesses. With over 40 years of experience, our company provides a vital lifeline during life’s most challenging situations. Shift Hours: Evening (2 PM - 10 PM) or Midnight (10 PM - 6 AM). Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Notify customers and authorities about alarm activations
- Answer inbound phone calls related to alarm activations
Required Qualifications
- No experience necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good telephone voice and etiquette
- Ability to clear a background check and drug screening

- Compensation:Starting pay is $16/hr with an increase to $16.50 within 12 months and $17.25 within 18 months. Weekly pay with no delay on the first paycheck.
