As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll help safeguard nearly 4 million subscribers by monitoring alarm activations in homes and businesses. With over 40 years of experience, our company provides a vital lifeline during life’s most challenging situations. Shift Hours: Evening (2 PM - 10 PM) or Midnight (10 PM - 6 AM). Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Notify customers and authorities about alarm activations
  • Answer inbound phone calls related to alarm activations

Required Qualifications

  • No experience necessary
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good telephone voice and etiquette
  • Ability to clear a background check and drug screening
