UX/UI Design Leader

Position Overview

Impact Scale is a performance marketing and tech-focused company seeking a creative UX/UI designer leader. This isn’t a traditional design role — it’s an opportunity for someone who wants to be deeply involved in shaping how our lead generation and software products look and feel. You’ll work directly with our leadership team and developers to own the design process that drives user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and leadership teams to translate product and marketing needs into thoughtful design solutions.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces that are not only beautiful but conversion-driven.
• Contribute to brand and marketing assets — landing pages, email templates, visuals for campaigns, etc.
• Work closely with the team to improve user journeys and optimize for growth metrics.
• Take ownership of testing design ideas and implementing data-informed improvements.
• Support marketing and growth experiments through quick-turn creative and design insights.
• Bring fresh, scrappy, and entrepreneurial energy to everything you touch.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX/UI or product design experience (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment).
• Experience with marketing/lead generation or a similar industry.
• A strong sense of visual design paired with curiosity for growth and marketing.
• Comfort with tools like Figma, Webflow, or similar design/prototyping platforms.
• Ability to move quickly, test ideas, and iterate based on feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be working closely with both developers and non-designers.
• A proactive, hungry attitude — someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
