Dispatcher Position Overview

Dispatch responsibilities include providing support to ensure efficient operations of the company. Supports clients and drivers through a variety of tasks related to heavy communication and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Record all the calls.
• Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
• Receive and dispatch orders.
• Assess situation and prioritize calls.
• Communicate route information to drivers and ensure they have the resources necessary to succeed.
• Log and track communication details.

Job Details

Pay Rate Range: $18 - $22 per hour.

Location: Ridgewood, New York 11385.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Availability: Must have open availability.

Shifts Available: Day shift or Overnight shift.
