Position Overview

Seeking a Help Desk Technician for a full service engineering firm in Milwaukee!

Key Responsibilities

  • The IT Help Desk Support position includes providing technical support to various locations throughout Wisconsin, primarily focusing on Windows 10/11, O365, and inmate-related applications
  • The role requires handling a range of support calls, from basic password resets to internet connectivity issues, within a call center environment
  • Provide technical support for various locations throughout Wisconsin
  • Handle support calls related to password resets, internet connectivity, and email issues
  • Assist with hardware-related projects when not answering calls
  • Meet call center metrics including call times and wrap-up time

Required Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helpdesk support and excellent customer service skills
  • 6 months+ of helpdesk experience supporting hardware/software
  • Exposure to Hyper-V
  • Experience with Windows 10 and O365
  • Previous work in a call center/help desk environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting Outlook issues

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00
