Position Overview

As a Data Architect, you will build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers our LLM guardrail and red teaming product's detection and validation engine. You will own large-scale data pipelines that process and aggregate training and monitoring data to ensure the reliable delivery of high-quality datasets to our ML systems. Working directly with the ML team, you will translate their requirements into pipeline improvements and data infrastructure solutions that enable rapid experimentation and model development. In addition, you will design and implement data monitoring and analytics systems to track performance metrics and ensure the quality of our detection capabilities. Your work directly impacts the quality and performance of our AI security platform, making robust LLM deployment possible for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the data infrastructure for LLM guardrail and red teaming detection and validation engines.
- Own and optimize large-scale data pipelines to process and aggregate training and monitoring data.
- Collaborate with the ML team to translate requirements into effective pipeline improvements and infrastructure solutions.
- Design and implement data monitoring and analytics systems to track performance metrics and ensure detection quality.
- Ensure reliable delivery of high-quality datasets to support rapid model development and experimentation.
Required Qualifications
- A BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with at least 8 years of industry experience.
- Experience with backend datastores such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Golang.
- SQL proficiency for complex data transformations and querying, with a strong understanding of semi-structured data handling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in AI security, risk detection, or fraud detection.
- Research experience or contributions to open-source ML projects.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Salary: $210,600.00 - $305,100.00 (base range, with variations by location)
