This role centers around building strong customer relationships, driving sales through direct marketing efforts, and representing our clients with professionalism and integrity inside retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to stay up-to-date on client products, services, and promotions.
• Communicate product value clearly and confidently to customers during in-person interactions.
• Address customer questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Present tailored service recommendations using a lead-driven database.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance both client and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Be Marketable and our partners with a high level of professionalism.
