Job Description

Position Overview

A well-established HVAC service provider with an exceptional reputation for quality and customer service has been delivering award‐winning service to the greater Atlanta area since 2011. We are seeking an HVAC Sales Representative with strong sales talent to help achieve profitable growth while enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for in‐home selling of HVAC, Indoor Air Quality, and Plumbing solutions. Average yearly compensation: $125K–$300K per year plus company vehicle. This opportunity is available as Full-time or Part-time and involves working on the road as well as in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish customer rapport to recommend the right products and services.
  • Develop key client relationships; negotiate and close deals.
  • Create accurate, complete sales proposals that transition easily to the installation team.
  • Build customer confidence through transparent, informative consultations.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience is required (2+ years preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Proven track record in sales with strong closing skills.
  • Financial acumen to assess job profitability and operational impact.
  • Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office and modern sales tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with high integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
