Position Overview

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Pass a background check
  • Orientation and training provided on the job
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Capability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator permitted) and make correct monetary change
  • Effective telephone skills
  • Good motor coordination for rapid and precise movements
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
