Position Overview

This is a Work from Home - Remote Position available for all USA locations. Compliance Group tackles challenges by assigning experienced resources, leveraging innovative technologies, providing common-sense solutions, and harnessing our relationships with key regulators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new opportunities through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Screen prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
  • Learn clients’ businesses to determine needs, wants, and budgets, effectively applying knowledge of Compliance Group’s staffing services.
  • Manage accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve goals.
  • Maintain and update CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
  • Focus on results and self-evaluate performance to improve sales outcomes.
  • Communicate, present, and influence all levels of the client organization.
  • Collaborate as a team player in a team environment.
  • Drive the sales process from planning to close and position services against competitors.
  • Exhibit excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (part-time or full-time)
  • Telemarketing experience
  • Proven success in selling services
  • History of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
  • Stellar work ethic and strong sense of commitment
  • Experience in remote work environments
