Position Overview

Coach, a global fashion house founded in 1941 in New York, is a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections. As a Sales Associate at our Fashion Valley store in San Diego, CA, you will deliver exceptional customer service, develop product knowledge, and build lasting relationships to create a Modern Luxury customer experience.

• Deliver renowned and authentic service to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and relay current collection updates to the team.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proven strategies, active clienteling, and sourcing new customers.

• Establish credibility as a personal stylist and fashion expert by keeping abreast of industry trends and customer behaviors.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of selling experience in a luxury retail service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate the sales floor and handle physical requirements.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
