First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

  • Receive personalized training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals
  • Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions
  • Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence
  • Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods
  • Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options
  • Set income goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure

Compensation:

$125,400 - $207,500 yearly at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with our team to craft effective marketing strategies that showcase properties to their fullest potential.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, providing insightful tours that highlight key features.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, always advocating for the clients' best interests.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients up-to-date advice.
  • Utilize our tools and resources to convert leads into loyal clients, building lasting relationships along the way.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Familiarity with the Denver-Aurora real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently.
  • Experience in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and client management.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on advocating for clients' best interests.
