Position Overview

Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform empowering organizations to harness AI talent, processes, and technologies for analytics, modeling, and agent creation. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will engage enterprise customers across diverse industries—managing the full sales cycle and owning a territory—to drive adoption and demonstrate the business value of Dataiku's platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle and own a defined territory with prospects and customers.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their initiatives and develop efficient, AI-driven solutions using the platform.
  • Express passion for new technologies and advanced analytics to inspire enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to showcase the value of Dataiku’s DSS platform.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software field sales.
  • Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy with a consultative approach.
  • Proven background in selling innovative solutions and new concepts to large enterprises.
  • Excellent ability to align vision with prospects and develop cross-group alignment.
  • Solid articulation of competitive positioning and industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, and data integration.
  • Early start-up experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: The final package is determined during the interview process based on geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training. Eligible roles may also receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku’s incentive program.
  • Base pay range for US-based roles: $150,000 - $160,000 USD.
