Position Overview

Worldwide TechServices is a global leader in delivering technology services and solutions to the world’s most demanding clients. Headquartered in Billerica, MA, we provide infrastructure and professional services to leading technology providers and businesses worldwide. The Dynamic PC Support role involves repairing a variety of client products, performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure, and interacting directly with clients to address technical issues promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for designated equipment.
  • Answer client questions in a professional manner.
  • Accept and complete all service calls within established service level agreements.
  • Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines and policies.
  • Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented.
  • Perform real-time reporting of all calls per established procedures.
  • Follow established policies, guidelines, and documentation to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
  • Report all activities accurately and timely.
  • Adhere to all Safety policies and guidelines in daily operations.
  • Additional requirements may be specified if an offer of employment is extended.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
  • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation, valid registration, and adequate insurance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively regarding technical issues.
  • Ability to drive to client locations, including long distances and occasional overnight assignments.
  • Ability to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair tool kit.
