Job Description

Position Overview

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will maintain positive customer relations by addressing product‐related concerns. You will take orders, verify customer information, track packages, and answer questions—all while working from home. Applicants must be 18 years or older and reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin. Most communications during the hiring process will be via email, so please check your inbox regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive customer relations by resolving inquiries and concerns.
  • Take orders, verify customer information, and track packages.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and accurately input data using function keys.
  • Complete mandatory shift training as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be 18 years or older and reside in one of the designated states.
  • Must have a PC or laptop with Windows 10 or 11, meeting the following minimum specifications:
    • Processor: AMD 2.1GHz or higher OR INTEL suitable equivalent with 4+ cores (2016 or newer)
    • 4GB RAM
    • 10GB of free hard disk space
  • Must have a dedicated high-speed wired Internet connection (min. Download 4.0 MBPS and Upload 2.0 MBPS).
  • Must use a wired USB headset; function keys on the keyboard are required for navigation.
  • Availability for mandatory training:
    • 1st Shift Training (M-F, 8:30am-3:30pm) – 2 weeks
    • 2nd Shift Training (M-F, 5:00pm-11:00pm) – 2 weeks
    • Weekend Training (Sa-Su, 8:00am-4:00pm) – 3 weekends
