Data Analyst - Alteryx - REQ #1202

Position Overview

Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is seeking a Data Analyst in Suwanee, GA. Reporting to the new enterprise analytics team, the role is designed for an analytics evangelist passionate about solving problems and delivering insights. You will support various functional teams with education on our Data Marketplace, analytics best practices, and complex analyses that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with various functional analysts and stakeholders to build insight-driven analyses that add value to the business
• Serve as the subject matter expert on our analytics technological ecosystem
• Identify and implement opportunities for productivity improvements through data process automation
• Provide support for complex analyses and special projects as assigned
• Advocate data literacy and analytics best practices
• Build dashboards and data workflows for enterprise solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• 2 years of experience in an analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to tailor technical concepts for users of varying experience levels
• Proficiency with Alteryx data automation technology is strongly preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot or similar
• A demonstrated self-starter who proactively identifies new value-add opportunities

• Compensation: Base pay range between $85,600 and $117,700 per year plus target bonus plans and discretionary awards.
