Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD with 4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on technical management.
• Proven track record in recruiting, structuring, and leading high-performance engineering teams, including overseeing performance management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and fostering the development of software engineers.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a diverse team of engineers at various skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in technical management, specifically in building large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools within the Machine Learning arena.
