Job Description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels including Marketing & Branding, Social Media & Digital Marketing, Community Engagement & Events, and Compliance & Governance to drive the bank's visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Branding:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote banking products and services.
    • Manage campaigns across digital, print, and community channels to increase brand visibility.
    • Support business units with marketing collateral, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing:
    • Manage the bank's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content to strengthen the bank's online presence.
    • Monitor and respond to customer interactions and feedback on digital platforms.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Community Engagement & Events:
    • Support sponsorships, events, and community initiatives that strengthen the bank's reputation.
    • Coordinate internal and external communication for marketing-related events.
    • Foster relationships with community organizations to enhance the bank's visibility.
  • Compliance & Governance:
    • Ensure all marketing and social media activities comply with banking regulations, brand guidelines, and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with compliance and legal departments for approval of marketing materials.
  • Others:
    • Direct supervision by the Strategy and Planning Department; additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Art or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory considerations for financial institutions' advertising and communications.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling software.
  • Collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset.
