Accounts Payable Analyst

Position Overview

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a driven Accounts Payable Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process—from invoice review and payment processing to vendor relationships and reporting—as well as serve as the subject matter expert for an ERP implementation. You will identify process improvements, support month-end close, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review and payment processing.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in ERP implementation and analytics.
• Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Support month-end close and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and precision in financial operations.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Operations
• Experience in prior ERP implementations or ERP analytics
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
