FedEx is hiring part-time and full-time Package Distribution Workers to support warehouse operations by handling package loading and unloading. Part-time team members typically work short 2–4 hour shifts, while full-time employees may complete two shifts per day with varying durations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse duties including the physical loading of packages.
- Unload, sort, and handle packages of varying sizes and weights through lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, and placing, all while maintaining safe practices.
- Adapt to changes in package volume which may affect shift scheduling.
- Categorize parcels by their final destination to ensure efficient routing and on-time delivery.
