Key Responsibilities
- Bakery: Help create fresh, delicious baked goods that are a staple for countless families.
- Dairy: Oversee the production of a wide range of high-quality dairy products.
- Meat: Contribute to the creation of innovative and tasty meat products.
- Achieving excellence: Ensure the production of superior products while controlling costs.
- Developing your people: Mentor and train your team, fostering growth and development.
- Driving success: Meet service targets and delight customers with outstanding performance.
- Management Responsibilities:
- Use independent judgment in employment-related and business decisions.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
- Administer certification tests and performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with internal practices and external policies.
- Communicate tactical plans and adjust staffing/labor requirements to meet production schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 1-3 years of related experience.
- High Performance Work Team experience (preferred).
- Successful completion of company-sponsored training and development classes.
- Participation in Leadership training and BET.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of industry compliance, EEOC, and employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with presentation skills.
- Proficiency in operating internal and external software systems.
- Excellent analytical and influencing skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Ability to travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
- Must work overnights, rotating schedules, holidays, and weekends.
- Work environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100+°F (typically 65-85°F).
