Position Overview

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Integrated Marketing College Associate for its Media & Sponsorship Division. The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning and career-building momentum. This opportunity is ideal for current students or recent graduates who are passionate, innovative, and detail-oriented. Schedule: May 27 – August 7, 2026. Compensation: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in presentation creation including, but not limited to: image sourcing, data pulling, copy editing, and design.
  • Organize and update the storage of sales materials, images, and information to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (digital, creative, strategy, sales) to develop well-rounded program initiatives.
  • Support pulling third-party research and analyzing data for existing client work and new pitches.
  • Conduct cultural research to keep the team up to date on music, marketing, innovation, and experiential trends.
  • Contribute to the creative process by actively participating in brainstorming sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate.
  • Superior project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and organized working style.
  • Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • A strong design eye with the ability to organize program elements in a clear and aesthetic manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, & Excel); familiarity with Apple Keynote, Photoshop, and YouGov is a bonus.
  • Deep curiosity about emerging marketing trends and the ability to integrate insights into brand programs.
  • Strong passion for brand music partnerships, with knowledge of current artists, festivals, and industry trends.
  • Creative writing background or an interest in strategic storytelling.
  • Must possess work authorization for employment in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
