Job Description

Position Overview

Aritzia’s Global Logistics department is dedicated to delivering Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.
As the Outbound Specialist, Retail Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and related information between our Distribution Centers, stores, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute best-in-class freight, shipping, and retail delivery set-up
  • Provide the best possible logistics experience for internal and external customers
  • Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations to minimize disruptions
  • Manage departmental administration to ensure optimal day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment including freight management, cross-docking, storage facilities, trailers, and delivery equipment
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Proficiency in KPI data analysis, including Business Intelligence (BI) and manual reporting tools
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Dedication to quality and delivering value to the business

Compensation

Compensation: The typical hiring range for this position is $24 - $48 USD per hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
