Job Description

Position Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager at DiversiTech, you will oversee brand strategy execution, end-user engagement, and product messaging development to drive growth and enhance customer connections. You will coordinate with internal teams to manage content for in‐store activations, oversee packaging projects, and maintain competitive market positioning—all within a rapidly growing organization known as North America’s largest manufacturer of equipment pads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create end-user demand by formulating long-term brand strategies and executing integrated marketing plans.
  • Uphold brand standards and act as a champion to ensure alignment with overall brand positioning.
  • Lead product packaging projects in collaboration with Graphic Designers to refine product communications.
  • Develop differentiated product messaging to optimize market engagement.
  • Manage content creation for in-store activations, including videos, merchandisers, and POP displays.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of launch materials by collaborating with print vendors and fulfillment partners.
  • Monitor inventory of sales collateral and recommend new materials as needed.
  • Analyze end-user purchasing behavior and competitive trends as a market intelligence expert.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support structured brand positioning and product engagement success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience with proven ability to translate objectives into effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in executing comprehensive marketing plans across various platforms.
  • Excellent teamwork skills paired with the ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
