Job Description

Position Overview

Huge Ape is an adult entertainment-focused company seeking anEntry-Level Part-Time Administrative Assistantto support general operations, sales/marketing, and executive assistance. This unique role involves working with adult content, VR, and cannabis industry campaigns, offering a dynamic and unconventional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales/marketing and general operations with daily duties
  • Perform administrative assistant duties, including errands and general admin tasks
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Collect and compose information for reporting, projects, memorandums, and correspondence
  • Handle requests, queries, calls, messages, and route correspondence
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings, appointments, and provide reminders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Writing experience (e.g., writing video scene descriptions)
  • Basic data entry experience
  • Knowledge and use of hashtags and social media (RT/Likes/Etc)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational savvy and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable working with adult entertainment content
  • Comfortable with the marijuana/cannabis industry (cross-marketing campaigns)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or other secretarial position
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • University degree; additional qualification as a personal assistant would be an advantage
  • Blogging, social media, and photo editing knowledge
