Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our team in expanding our client base and enhancing our market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and sales who can identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and drive results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive new business leads and client engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create sales materials, proposals, and presentations that align with our brand and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients, making recommendations based on findings.
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships, providing marketing insights to enhance engagement.
  • Organize events, webinars, and other client-facing activities to strengthen client relationships and promote our services.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness to drive continual improvement in marketing and sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
