Signature Retail Services is seeking a full-time Dedicated Sales Brand Ambassador
to join our Team in our Dallas, TX territory! We offer a highly competitive starting pay rate of $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Your responsibilities will include traveling to assigned stores within your territory, conducting product demonstrations, implementing merchandising and sales directives, fostering positive relationships with store personnel and customers, and communicating store needs daily regarding inventory and sales opportunities through a web-based reporting system. Position Responsibilities:
- Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service retail stores within your assigned territory.
- Maintain and merchandise authorized SKUs in accordance with approved layouts and planograms.
- Attend and conduct in-store brand events while acting as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to customers and store associates by answering questions and highlighting key product details.
- Proactively assess inventory needs, recommend order replenishment, and work with store personnel to ensure demand is met.
- Complete sales service reports during store visits.
- Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and actively managing shelf displays.
- This job description does not encompass all duties, activities, or responsibilities expected of the employee in this role. Employees may be assigned additional tasks as necessary to address absences, balance of workloads, or as directed by a manager.
Position Qualifications:
- Must be: 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the US.
- 3-5+ years of: direct sales and merchandising experience is preferred.
- Prior sales experience: representing products sold in national home improvement retailers like ACE Hardware, Home Depot or Lowe's is a plus!
- Access to a: smartphone or tablet with email and internet access to complete in-store reporting.
- Demonstrates: strong attention to detail.
- Proof of: a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance coverage.
- Communicates effectively: with management team and store customers.
- Brings a: strong passion for sales and enhancing brand awareness.
- Proficient in: utilizing mobile technology.
- Some: overnight travel may be required.
- This position involves duties: such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
- This position involves regular lifting requirements: of 50+ lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
