Job Description
Clayton Services is searching for a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston.
Job Type: Temporary (12-15 weeks)
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour
Benefits: Medical benefits available once eligible.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Receptionist Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the company
- Greet visitors and employees
- Answer the main phone line and direct calls accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, vendors, employees, and guests
- Assist in professionally communicating company-related information
- Assist with the planning, setup, and cleaning of company events, lunches, and seasonal office decorations
- Maintain a clean and tidy front office area
- Order office supplies and snacks, ensuring an adequate level of inventory
- Maintain conference rooms and scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in organizing travel for company events, conferences, meetings, and trainings.
- Other duties as assigned

Receptionist Administrative Assistant Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role in a professional setting is required
