Position Overview

Under general supervision, the Sales Lead plays a vital role in achieving the sales goals of the business unit by planning, coordinating, and managing all store operations while providing high-level customer service support. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding annual sales goals, managing inventory shrinkage, and maintaining a high quality of work life. Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop Crew Members to ensure excellent store operations and customer service.
  • Implement strategies to meet or exceed annual sales and contribution goals, including growing wholesale business and market share.
  • Oversee store operations by maintaining a neat, clean, and organized environment while ensuring compliance with safety and Asset Protection standards.
  • Manage front-end activities, including greeting customers, processing transactions, and handling returns/complaints with high-level customer support.
  • Perform supervisory duties such as recruiting, onboarding, training Crew Members, and serving as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; two years of related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent sales and customer service abilities.
  • Effective supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
