Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Process Design & Optimization – Develop, evaluate, and optimize wastewater treatment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve effluent quality.
- Responsibilities: Operational Support & Troubleshooting – Provide technical support for plant operations by diagnosing issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
- Responsibilities: Project Management – Lead or support engineering projects for facility upgrades, expansions, or new installations ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Stewardship – Ensure all treatment processes comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and support permit applications and reporting.
- Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting – Collect and interpret process data, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Responsibilities: Research & Development – Stay updated on emerging wastewater technologies and pilot innovative treatment solutions.
- Responsibilities: Health & Safety Leadership – Promote and enforce safe operating practices, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Responsibilities: Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with operations, maintenance, environmental compliance, and project engineering teams to optimize plant performance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Required: Hands-on experience with wastewater treatment processes, including biological, chemical, and physical methods.
- Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in process simulation and monitoring tools, and a solid understanding of environmental regulations.
- Requirements: Ability to manage complex treatment processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement process improvements effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
