Position Overview
Valet Living is seeking a Regional Sales Executive who will own a territory, build a robust pipeline, and close deals by targeting multifamily communities with our premium resident-focused amenity solutions. This role is ideal for a quick learner who is self-driven, competitive, and empathetic, and it offers an environment that balances field work with remote responsibilities (up to 70% travel).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business – Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to achieve monthly sales targets within your designated territory.
- Expand & Retain Accounts – Maintain high client retention while increasing revenue from existing accounts.
- Build Strong Industry Relationships – Engage with property managers, regional managers, property owners, and management groups to expand market presence.
- Generate Leads & Pipeline Growth – Network via industry associations, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting efforts to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the Sales Cycle – Follow up on inbound leads and sales contacts ensuring timely responses.
- Facilitate Seamless Transitions – Transition clients to the operations team during service launch and conduct start-up orientations.
- Track & Report Progress – Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and performance using Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Operations leaders to address service challenges and develop strategic plans.
- Invest in Growth – Engage in professional development and continually refine your sales approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outside consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives in a split compensation (base + commission) structure.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and capable of working autonomously.
- Strong consultative sales expertise with excellent persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Tech-savvy and organized – experience with Salesforce is highly valued.
- Valid Driver’s License required for extensive travel within the territory.
