Jr Graphic Designer (QSR; Food & Beverages)

Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Two Hands America Inc, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and community presence. You will collaborate closely with our strategy and field operations team to create engaging promotional materials, develop strategic partnership frameworks, and craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce promotional materials including posters, brochures, leaflets, standing posters, social media posts, and menus.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Sketchup, Canva, etc.
• Experience in branding-related design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Ability to research and deploy assets following industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• A (digital) portfolio is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly favored.
• Collegiate degree in graphic design or a related field is favored, but not required.
