Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Place outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients.
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
  • Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
  • Answer questions regarding products and services and educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (e.g., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure hospital maintenance, including removal of animal waste, and maintain a neat and clean facility both inside and outside.
