Position Overview
At Culture, our mission is to simplify and accelerate bioprocess development to help our customers bring their biopharmaceutical products to market faster. With a focus on upstream cell culture process development, we have developed a unique platform that integrates products, services, and data management for mammalian, microbial, and viral vector production. This platform empowers customers to execute high-throughput process development projects either at their own facilities, in our service laboratories, or through our cloud-connected web application.
We are excited to invite a Marketing Intern to join our commercial team and work closely with the Director of Marketing. In this role, you will learn to implement campaigns, monitor performance, and gain hands-on experience with our modern marketing stack.
Location: South San Francisco (San Francisco Bay Area)
Schedule: Onsite, 5 days a week for a 3-month internship
Salary: $35 - $40 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Create impactful campaigns using an integrated, multi-disciplinary marketing approach.
- Create graphics and videos in Canva or Adobe as components of marketing collateral.
- Develop webpages and landing pages to showcase marketing collateral and products.
- Draft emails in HubSpot, conduct A/B tests, and deploy email campaigns.
- Implement digital campaigns through Google Ads and LinkedIn paid advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot and GA4 reports.
- Support the marketing team in generating purchase orders and managing invoices.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program in marketing or marketing communications, graduating in December 2026 or Summer 2027.
- Proven website design experience with WordPress, HubSpot, or comparable CMS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design.
- Demonstrated copywriting and editorial experience using Google Workspace tools.
- Relevant experience in a technology or biotechnology company.
