Digital Marketing Manager, Referring Partners

Summary/objective

The Digital Marketing Manager for our Partner Channel is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various channels to create awareness, generate interest, and drive qualified inbound leads resulting in new referral partnerships to isolved. This role will play an integral part in support of new business goals and intiatives through marketing programs that influence pipeline and bookings through these partnerships.

Core Job Duties

  • Assist in campaign creation and execution of multi-channel, digital marketing strategies to acquire new leads at scale with success measured in qualified opportunity conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including Channel Sales, Product Marketing and Content Marketing to cultivate lead generation programs and ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term business goals.
  • Contribute to detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, and creative targeting.
  • Develop lead nurturing campaigns to strategically communicate and target prospective partners as they progress through the funnel.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy adjustments.

Supervision

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field or related business experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge: of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel.
  • Solid and demonstrable experience: of marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred) and CRM solutions.
  • Knowledge: of lead scoring and nurturing techniques.
  • Understanding: of the partner channel ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills: proficiency in data analysis and agility to quickly understand the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
  • Proven project management experience: with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Travel Required

Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
