Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 OTE (base or hourly + commission, plus incentives)
Location: St. Louis, MO
Aurum Ventures is seeking a hardworking and driven Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding team! This role would require working ON-SITE daily in St. Louis, MO.
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing sales and marketing strategies while interacting directly with customers to deliver outstanding experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a rewarding career in marketing and sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Engaging directly with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
- Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost sales performance.
- Providing product/service information to customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participating in client meetings and presentations to support sales objectives.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Supporting social media and digital marketing efforts to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and strategy.
