Position Overview

Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments! We are currently sourcing for a Recruiter/Sourcer to work at our Merrimack location and other hub offices. Fidelity’s Strategic Sourcing Team is part of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy to identify and hire critical talent for the firm. Our mission is to source and attract high-quality passive talent from leading companies in critical skill areas. This team is growing its capabilities to source experienced talent from underrepresented groups. Collaboration and a team-first mentality are at our core as we rely on our individual strengths to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities to achieve success in a dynamic environment.
  • Partner closely with Recruiting and Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing strategies for the most critical and challenging positions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, including both Agency and corporate recruiting (direct placement body of work from a staffing agency may suffice as corporate experience).
  • 1+ year of experience in a sourcing function with knowledge of relevant sourcing tools and CRMs.
  • A consultative ability to build advisory relationships with hiring managers and recruiting partners using market data and industry research.
  • Fundamental understanding of agile principles and how they apply to delivering talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to strategically build talent pipelines and execute on research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Proven success in identifying and attracting high-quality, professional-level candidates across diverse markets and communities while guiding both business partners and candidates through the selection process.
  • Skilled in finding, engaging, and activating passive candidates using innovative outreach methods and a marketing mindset.
  • A passion for sourcing and continual learning, staying current on new trends and sourcing best practices.
  • Experience in sourcing or recruiting technical talent, with a plus for experience in Cloud, Data Engineering, and Mobile domains.
