Position Overview

ServerLIFT is the trusted leader in data center lifting solutions, serving Fortune 500 companies, hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprises worldwide. As data centers grow in size and complexity, our purpose-built equipment improves safety, efficiency, and uptime in mission‐critical IT environments. In this role, you will join our growing team as a Sales Representative—where you won’t just be selling Compensation packages, you’ll be educating IT, facilities, and data center operations professionals about the critical safety and operational benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close direct sales opportunities with end-users across industries including technology, healthcare, finance, and colocation services.
  • Lead product demonstrations and consultative training sessions, helping clients understand how ServerLIFT equipment reduces risk, injury, and downtime.
  • Become a trusted advisor by educating customers on safety best practices, ergonomic compliance, and ROI related to lift equipment.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools, maintaining accurate sales forecasts and activity logs.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and deliver relevant content, presentations, and training materials.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and virtual demonstrations to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling technical or capital equipment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and confidently.
  • A passion for customer education—you enjoy helping clients understand the “why” behind your product.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% for client visits.
  • Background or familiarity with data center operations, IT infrastructure, or facilities management is a major plus.
