Position Overview

Infrastructure Support Engineer - $125K
Our client is a growing investment management and private equity firm. They’re expanding their IT Ops and Support team in New York and are looking for engineers to join them. In this varied role you’ll be involved in client-facing support engineering for cutting-edge cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms, supporting an application stack that includes desktop, EUC technologies, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll also play a role in driving the use of automation and DevOps methodologies while helping to grow a technical support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing support engineering for cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms.
• Support a diverse application stack including desktops, EUC technologies, and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in driving automation and DevOps methodologies in IT operations.
• Collaborate in client integration efforts and support team growth.
• Contribute to the overall enhancement of IT Ops and support services in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Infrastructure Support Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge across servers, desktop, cloud, and networking infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

• DevOps and automation skills would be ideal.
