Position Overview

Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Human Resources Leader (Sr Manager level) for Global Vision Supply Chain, based in Jacksonville, FL. Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage internal and external insights to design organizations optimized to achieve strategic goals.

  • Accelerate performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Lead organizational design efforts and talent planning to secure future business success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in HR or HR-related roles.
  • Professional Coaching and Change Management certification is desirable.
  • Strong soft skills including communication, empathy, active listening, relationship building, and problem solving.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Base pay range of $120,000 - $207,000 along with an annual performance bonus awarded at the company’s discretion.
