 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Under minimal supervision, provides oversight to the clinical processes in the Department of Ophthalmology and maintains a high level of customer service to patients.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Working closely with the Clinical Manager of KEI, the Senior Technician will monitor clinical workflow efficiencies, processes, training and communication to the other Ophthalmic Technicians.</li>
