In this role, you connect clients with telecommunications products that meet their complex and evolving needs. After completing an award-winning 12‐week paid sales training program, you will attain or exceed your monthly quota through dedicated account management, email campaigns, cold calling, discovery calls, appointment setting and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
- Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals.
- Embrace a field-based sales role with fluidity between working from home, client sites, and office locations, with a primary focus on client engagement.
- Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis.
- Request site surveys to determine serviceability.
- Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience Required: Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goal.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks and fiber connected networks.
- Skills: Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Quick learner, deadline-driven and the ability to manage change and shifting priorities.
- Availability: Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities; valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience selling telecommunications products.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Base pay is between $57,400.00 and $113,800.00 per year, with actual compensation based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Commission earnings target starting at $72,600.
