Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive searches from initiation to successful closure.
- Serve as a client partner by understanding recruitment challenges, cultural fit, and needs.
- Implement strategic sourcing using our exclusive CRM/ATS alongside your network and advanced communication tools.
- Utilize our platform to manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and stay organized.
- Emphasize permanent placements that generate lasting value for clients and lucrative commissions for you.
- Contribute to our thought leadership by elevating both our brand and your own.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
- Robust knowledge of the healthcare industry or a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Proven skill in managing client relationships and navigating the offer process.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (platform training will be provided).
