Job Description
Position Overview
Anthropologie Group is seeking a driven digital marketing professional to execute our retention marketing strategy through trigger email and SMS channels. In this role, you will become an expert in the brand’s customer lifecycle journey by executing targeted and personalized campaigns that drive both conversion and retention. You’ll collaborate with various teams such as retention, creative (design & copy), marketing operations, brand marketing, merchandising, web production, tech teams, vendors, and sister brands, while growing your career in the digital marketing landscape with a retail vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the day-to-day execution of the trigger program, including audience segmentation, QA processes/approvals, and campaign launches
- Leads all aspects of trigger email creation: building templates, creative refreshes, and testing
- Implement A/B testing roadmaps to continuously improve program effectiveness and gain actionable insights for future campaigns
- Optimize campaigns via segmentation, send time, and logic to increase engagement and conversion
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues by working closely with vendors to implement solutions
- Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) against yearly, monthly, and weekly KPIs
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with creative teams to ensure all campaigns are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy
- Create and maintain channel campaign program trackers for knowledge sharing
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, identifying new opportunities to drive deeper personalization throughout the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESPs) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and A/B testing
- Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving issues and implementing troubleshooting strategies
- Proven ability to analyze campaign results and craft presentations to exhibit performance trends
- Experience with tools such as Litmus, Inbox Monster, Google Analytics, and Attentive is a plus
- HTML and SQL experience is a plus
