Position Overview
Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional to join the Care Delivery Marketing team working remotely. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of digital communications that support lead generation, nurturing, and targeted Salesforce Marketing Cloud email strategies. Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Key Responsibilities
- Provide digital messaging strategy by reviewing dashboard analytics to identify opportunities and develop actions to enhance email and journey marketing campaign performance.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while driving strategy and execution, collaborating with diverse teams and senior leaders.
- Offer trusted counsel on technical approaches, content and design strategy, marketing direction, target audience development, and brand positioning for CenterWell and Conviva.
- Develop digital Salesforce Marketing Cloud email, SMS, and direct mail journeys in Journey Builder to support different stages of the conversion funnel.
- Identify email communication opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and execute A/B testing for optimization.
- Work with both internal and external agencies to develop e-marketing content and materials.
- Design processes and workflows that improve campaign execution.
- Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud journey and campaign development from technical concept through design and execution, including establishing A/B testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with PCO IT and vendor partners to write business requirements and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between the brand team and internal stakeholders to deliver digital messaging initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Create compelling and segmented audience experiences by translating customer personas into actionable marketing objectives.
- Ensure all digital marketing assets are on-brand, consistent in voice and tonality.
- Analyze performance data to identify additional funnel messaging opportunities that drive business value.
- Assist with the creation of leadership-level presentations and reports to highlight achievements and results.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technology enhancements, community updates, and competitive digital communications trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of CRM email marketing experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Minimum 1 year of experience gathering and documenting requirements.
- Experience in building, deploying, and testing responsive CRM email and push notification marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of using data analytics to identify performance trends and define business opportunities.
- Demonstrated understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content marketing.
- Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to both teach others and learn.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading or influencing cross-functional teams.
- Requirements: Must be fully COVID vaccinated or commit to weekly testing as per CDC protocols, and, if working on-site or in shared spaces, adhere to masking and social distancing protocols.
- Requirements: Must have a designated, distraction-free work area and a high-speed DSL or cable modem for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Healthcare background is a plus.
- Experience managing list segmentation, data cleansing, and quality assurance processes.
- Salesforce Email Marketing Specialist certification.
