As architects, designers, workplace strategists, and environmental specialists in the largest global firm concentrating exclusively on interiors, we help clients align business strategies and core values with dynamic spaces. We are currently searching for a Junior Marketing Coordinator based in our New York Studio. This role, under direct supervision, is responsible for coordinating activities in preparing marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and prospect research.
  • Maintain digital and printed marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing information systems, including databases and other resources.
  • Coordinate the work of vendors (photographers, reprographics, etc.).
  • Participate in marketing meetings and produce marketing reports as required.
  • Monitor general and industry publications (including websites) to stay apprised of developments, trends, and promotional opportunities.
  • Participate in the development of press releases, brochure copy, articles, blog and social networking posts, and other promotional materials.
  • Contribute to the strategizing and development of proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

Required Qualifications

  • BA in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in marketing support for interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with the professional services, architecture, or design industry and/or marketing through prior work or internship experience.
  • Ability to compile data from various sources and maintain an effective records management system.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign; proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proofreading ability.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Team player who is reliable, flexible, and collaborative.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: 55,000 - 62,500 based on education and experience.
