Entry Level Hospital Services Technician

Position Overview

Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance‐based solutions dedicated to protecting people, brands, health, and the environment. As a Hospital Services Technician, you will travel between customer healthcare facilities providing on‑site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for Stericycle programs including Sharps Management, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between customer healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs.
• Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicate duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned; must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 500 pounds.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ work experience or High School Diploma/equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills with proven customer service experience.
• Familiarity with software applications to track daily KPIs.
