About the Role:

Join Comprehensive Kidney Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Dialysis unit, where you will provide compassionate care in bedside and nursing home settings. Responsibilities:

  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients in bedside and nursing home settings.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease management and dialysis procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or critical care.
  • Strong understanding of renal disease and dialysis procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
