Position Overview
Entry Level Engineer - Hydrogen Technical Leadership Orientation Program (HyTOP) (Job ID: 25001755). This position is for the Hydrogen Technical Orientation Program (HyTOP) where the successful candidate will report to the HyTOP Program Manager and be part of the Linde Gases HyCO Operations Excellence group. The role is an 18-month rotational training program that includes a six-month technical training rotation in The Woodlands, TX focusing on Hydrogen production technology (HyCO) and basic Air Separation (ASU), followed by a one-year plant engineering assignment providing a variety of practical operational experiences in the Hydrogen production process. For candidates interested in ASU operations, an additional six-month rotation is available, extending the program to two years. The engineer must be willing to travel up to 25% and be open to relocation as necessary.

Required Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Must have very strong technical skill sets.
- Must have a positive attitude, be willing to quickly adapt to changing situations, have strong communications skills, and a strong will to build and maintain productive relationships across departmental lines.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and participate on cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities, drive issues to completion, and obtain results.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability and desire to persevere.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able and willing to travel to assigned facilities within the region, other facilities within the region, and make occasional trips to other domestic regions; travel outside of the region is normally not expected to exceed 25%.
