Position Overview

Plural is revolutionizing the financing of energy assets by tokenizing everything from solar projects to batteries and bitcoin mines. Our innovative approach reduces friction and opens access to capital by leveraging smart contracts and programmable workflows. As a Full Stack Engineer with deep AI fluency, you will lead the development of internal and external AI systems—working across the stack to integrate large language models and structured data pipelines into Plural’s operating core.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build production-grade AI-powered workflows from prototype to full deployment.
• Leverage modern AI primitives (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval, evals, agentic workflows) to build systems with real business impact.
• Work across the stack to integrate large language models and structured data pipelines into Plural’s core operations.
• Stay current on fast-moving AI research and trends to ensure Plural remains at the forefront.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO through tight feedback loops and mentorship.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining web-apps in a production cloud-native environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Python or another server-side language.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI-native applications (LLM workflows, RAG, evaluation systems, agent frameworks, etc.).
• Power user of AI development tools like Cursor.
• Hungry, driven self-starter with a proven track record of high agency and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building in Google Cloud.
• Experience at an exchange or leading DeFi protocol.
• A passion for climate, financial systems, or the future of infrastructure.
• Experience with Next.js and Django.
